About Amy

I long to support and care for those around me in all aspects of my life, hopefully while having fun. I teach yoga to support individuals in their goals. I want to lead you in a practice that lets you stretch and move with more ease, both physically and mentally.

I love that yoga means union and encompasses more than the poses or the physical asana practice. It allows me to connect with myself and honor the day/month/year I have had. I started teaching in 2019. I am giddy to share yoga with you!
