Yay for Yoga, community based yoga with Amy Beam

Community Yoga on Fridays

This year I am starting a community donation based, yoga class! Join me Fridays at 9 am.

Every Friday at 9:00 am! Join the community for a 60 min All-Levels Donation Yoga class at Fletcher Hills Presbyterian Church. Practice with certified yoga instructor (me), Amy Beam. Give yourself the gift of an hour of yoga!

One of the things I dislike about the yoga community is how expensive, drop-in classes can be. I believe in paying people for their time and know that great yoga teachers need to be supported financially. Often though, instructors are not paid much, and the students often pay a premium price for classes. I believe that yoga should be for everyone regardless of financial circumstances. Everyone deserves an hour in their schedule to move their body and intentionally breathe. I was thrilled when my friend who works at a church asked if I would be interested in teaching a community yoga class. Yes, please!

If you are interested, please join me starting Friday, January 13th.
